Research Profile
My research direction connects learning design, information systems and Artificial Intelligence in Education. Current work focuses on learner modeling, learning analytics, retrieval evaluation, assessment, responsible AI and educational decision support. Projects use explicit data sources, reproducible calculations, baseline comparisons and stated limitations so that measured results remain separate from causal or educational claims.

Learning and Development Manager

- Led Rocketversity, a customized Moodle learning system, from content audit and course structuring through manager approval and rollout with a team of four.
- Established 120 SCORM-compliant courses and a structured onboarding program for around 100 employees. The project case study reported a 30% reduction in onboarding time.
- Converted fragmented departmental material into reusable learning units, clarified content ownership and assigned trainers from the teams responsible for each subject area.

- Directed four developers and six field workers across 16 districts for the THRIVE OpenSRP mobile health workflow initiative.
- Used interviews with health workers and a field timing study to standardize form completion and diagnose XLSForm latency. An interim approach that separated large forms reduced most form loading times from a baseline range of 20 seconds to 20 minutes to under 10 seconds.
